Refund policy

At OMOTOR, we stand behind the quality of our auto parts. Every purchase is protected by our customer-first guarantee. Last updated: July 11, 2026.

1. 180-Day Risk-Free Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 180 days of delivery.

  • Condition for return: items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Fitment issues: if the part does not fit your vehicle despite following our fitment guide, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or exchange — your choice.
  • Exchanges: need a different size or model? Contact us and we will set up the exchange in the same process.

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Every part is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal operating conditions.

  • Covered: internal failure of the part, structural defects, premature wear due to manufacturing issues.
  • Not covered: damage from improper installation, racing/off-road abuse, normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty process: if a part fails within one year, contact us for a free replacement. We may ask for photos/videos of the issue or a diagnostic report from a certified mechanic.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund is processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error — we pay 100%: defective item, wrong part sent, or a fitment error on our side — OMOTOR covers all return shipping with a prepaid label.
  • Changed your mind — you cover shipping: if you no longer need the part or ordered the wrong model by mistake, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. How to Start a Return

1) Email support@omotorauto.com (or WhatsApp +1 626-672-8521) with your order number and photos of the item. 2) Our team replies within 12–24 business hours with your return authorization and the correct return address. 3) Ship the item back and we process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days of inspection.

Important: please do not ship returns to our Upland, CA mailing address without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
