Collection: RGB Whip Lights

RGB whip lights are the tall, flexible LED antennas you see on side-by-sides, ATVs, dune buggies and off-road trucks after dark. This collection covers the whips themselves in 2 ft and 3 ft pairs, spiral and chasing styles, whipless flat-panel versions, heavy-duty spring and barrel mounting bases, quick-release flag mounts, replacement 3-pin and 4-pin cables, multi-output controller boxes, small US flags for the tips and matching RGB rock light kits that run from the same remote or app. They are made for 12-volt use on any machine with a flat spot to mount a base.

Because whips take abuse from branches and rollovers, OMOTOR lists the base type, pin count and controller compatibility on every product so you can match new pieces to what you already run. Everything ships free within the US from our US warehouse, returns are accepted for 90 days, and a one-year warranty covers whips, bases and controllers. Our US-based support can help you pick a cable length or a controller with enough outputs for a combined whip and rock light setup.

What to look for

  • Length and visibility: 2 ft whips are easier to trailer and store; 3 ft and taller whips are easier to see over dunes and are what many riding areas expect for a safety flag. Check your local park rules for required flag height.
  • Mounting base: spring bases flex instead of snapping when they hit a branch; quick-release bases let you pull the whips for trailering. Confirm the thread size on the base matches the whip you buy.
  • Connector and controller: whips come in 3-pin and 4-pin versions, and they are not interchangeable. Match the pin count on the whip, cable and controller, and count the outputs if you want whips and rock lights on one box.
  • Control method: remote-only kits are simpler; app-controlled kits add music sync and more color modes but need your phone nearby. Both work on 12-volt systems; wire them to a switched fuse so they turn off with the key.

Frequently asked questions

Can I run whip lights and rock lights from one controller?

Yes, if they share the same pin count and controller family. The 4-pin controller boxes in this collection have multiple outputs for exactly that. Mixing 3-pin whips with 4-pin rock lights needs separate controllers, so check the connector type on each listing before you build a kit.

Will these whips work on a truck or Jeep, not just a UTV?

They will. Whips run on 12 volts and only need a flat mounting point such as a bed rail, bumper or hitch mount. Pick a base that fits the surface you have, and route the cable to a switched power source so the lights go off with the ignition.

Can I buy a replacement base or cable without a new whip?

Yes. Spring bases, barrel bases, flag mounts and 3-pin or 4-pin extension cables are listed on their own. Match the thread on the base and the pin count on the cable to your existing whip; if you are unsure, the product page lists both.
