Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing OMOTOR. Every order ships from our Southern California warehouse. Last updated: July 11, 2026.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US holidays.
- During high-volume periods, dispatch may take a few extra days — if your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard — Contiguous US (Lower 48): 3–7 business days — FREE
- Expedited — Contiguous US (Lower 48): 2–3 business days — $9.90
- Canada: rates and delivery times calculated at checkout
Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather. We currently cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours. Track anytime at https://omotorauto.com/apps/17TRACK — no login required.
4. Fitment & Order Accuracy
Please double-check your vehicle's Year, Make, and Model (and trim, where listed) before ordering. Not 100% sure? Send us your VIN by email or WhatsApp and we will verify fitment against the exact part before you buy.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
OMOTOR is responsible for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged: take photos of both the packaging and the damaged part right away; contact us at support@omotorauto.com within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim; keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
6. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States (contiguous Lower 48 states) and Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees collected by the carrier on delivery; these charges are the customer's responsibility.
