Collection: RGB Rock Light

RGB rock lights are small LED pods that mount under the body, in wheel wells or along the frame to light the ground and show off the vehicle at night. This collection carries 4- and 8-pod kits with wide-angle lenses, Bluetooth app control and wireless remotes, music-sync modes, combo sets that pair chasing whip lights with third-generation rock light pods, and 10 ft 4-pin extension cables for spreading pods across a long wheelbase. They are used on trucks, cars, SUVs, UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles and boats.

Everything here ships free inside the US from OMOTOR's US warehouse, and you have 90 days to return a kit that does not suit your setup. A 1-year warranty covers controllers and pods, and US-based support can walk you through wiring if a listing leaves a question.

What to look for

  • Pod count and placement: four pods handle a car or short truck; eight lets you cover wheel wells and the frame on a full-size truck or UTV.
  • Control: Bluetooth app kits give color, brightness and music modes from your phone; remote-only kits are simpler and need no pairing.
  • Wiring: measure the distance from your controller location to the farthest pod and add extension cables if the stock leads fall short.
  • Durability: look for sealed pods and connectors rated for submersion if you run trails or wash the vehicle often.

Frequently asked questions

Are rock lights legal to use on the road?

Rules vary by state, and many restrict colored or flashing underbody lighting while driving on public roads. Most people run them off-road or while parked. Check your local regulations, and use a kit with a switch so you can turn them off quickly.

Do I have to splice into factory wiring?

Usually no. The kits connect directly to the battery through an included controller and fuse, or to a switched source if you prefer. Mounting involves routing the pod leads and securing them with the supplied hardware; no factory harness has to be cut.

Can I add more pods to a kit later?

Within the same system, often yes, using the 4-pin extension and splitter cables sold here. Controllers have a maximum load, so check the number of pods it supports before expanding, and keep to matching connectors.
